Hula Hula Resort, Ao Nang -SHA Extra Plus

We extended our stay for 3 nights, most already said in the first review. Friendly, very helpful, and professional staff at the reception during check-in and whenever you need them. Free pool towels, cool choice of trips to the local sights, and a free hotel shuttle to Aonang Nightmarket, Beach, Walking Street,... (6 times daily for free). Great pool, cocktails, food, and ice cream at the pool, cheap room service. We've had our breakfast brought to the room and ate on the balcony between banana palm trees and flowers. Great value for so little money! By the way: booking directly at the hotel costs nearly double the price as via booking(dot)com. We asked for 3 nights more and they told us we should just use booking and then we could stay in the same room.

Toilet - amazing. Location - quiet, family friendly, conservative and away from honey moon couples. Facilities - awesome. It was even more impressive knowing that it survived through the pandemic hell. When we were there, the hotel was booked out. The only downside was their inability to give us 2 check in cards (electricity and entrance) as people often took it as souvenir or lost it. Otherwise, I would rebook with them!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything worked fine with them. Rooms are okey. Bed was more comfortable than usually. There is no door between shower and toilet which causes water at floor. They changed chairs in every balcony which was nice.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The pool area was amazing and the facilities in general were excellent. The room was spacious, clean and modern. Overall an excellent stay.
